Awakening to Signs: Spiritual Communication Beyond the Veil

Have you ever noticed a cardinal appear just when you needed reassurance? Or perhaps the same animal crossing your path repeatedly? These aren't coincidences—they're spiritual communications waiting to be recognized.

After leaving my corporate career to pursue energy healing full-time, I discovered something profound: when we clear away the mental clutter of endless to-do lists and constant busyness, we create space for genuine spiritual connection. This transformation has allowed me to be truly present with my family, nature, and the subtle messages constantly flowing from the spiritual realm.

The universe speaks to us through signs that require our attention and awareness. Recently, hawks and cardinals have appeared during moments of doubt about my entrepreneurial path—not random occurrences, but reassuring messages affirming I'm where I need to be. Developing this awareness takes practice, which is why I'm sharing a simple 10-minute exercise you can do three times weekly: go outside, systematically engage each sense, and notice how your body feels in response to your environment. This practice grounds you in the present moment—the only place where spiritual messages can truly be received.

Surrendering to spiritual guidance doesn't mean giving up control entirely, but rather allowing ourselves to receive information in stages rather than demanding complete roadmaps. When we request signs, we must remain open to how they appear—often in unexpected ways that challenge our preconceptions. Every person possesses the ability to communicate with spirit guides, angels, and loved ones who have crossed over. The key is practice, presence, and maintaining an attitude of gratitude that opens the heart chakra for clearer communication.

Speaker 1:

Here I am, back next to nature, of course, my favorite place to be standing in the park. It rained this morning, so there's like this brightness to everything right now. All the trees are wet, so the green looks even more green and you can hear the birds and there's a slight breeze. Oh, my goodness, I just find myself looking around over and over just saying thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm so grateful that I have the opportunity to do this, to have a moment to pause, to have those moments to hear the birds, to feel the slight breeze, to look over and see the water off this lake to the side, and see the water off this lake to the side.

Speaker 1:

There's no freaking way, when I had my day job, that I would have been able to do this. I would have, I don't know. I mean I I guess I did try to do it now and then, but I just wasn't good with shutting off the part of the never-ending circus wheel of my to-do list right and doing my energy healing full-time now and being able to start teaching people and coaching people through things and doing the zooms and all of those kinds of things. I am just man it. It's so weird, I mean it.

Speaker 1:

It is, I guess, like a job right, because I have to make enough money to support my family and everything. And but it's like the best job ever because I get to take the moments and be fully present with nature, with life, right, like, I get to stop what I'm doing and zone in to my kids and, um, and pay attention. I was helping one of my kids last night study for the constitution test and, uh, um, of course, at first my, my thought was, uh, constitution test, oh, I don't want to go back to school anyway. But then, once I got over myself, um, the point is is I was able to be fully present to do that, whereas while I was working the job that I was fully entangled with and fully not in alignment, I couldn't take those moments to be present. I would have probably, like, held onto the flashcards and been like, uh, blah, blah, blah, blah. Okay, did you get that? Okay, what's the answer? Okay, like, and I would have been irritable I hate to admit that, because that's that's so frustrating to me to admit that, um, well, and just to acknowledge that I could be a jerk sometimes and not be fully present with my family and I don't think that's okay, like that's not. That's not who I want to be. I want to be able to know that they can feel the connection and they know that I'm being present with them, with my husband too. You know, just, I am taking notice of so many different things now that I am so much more aware of, I'm so much more aware of hey, when I'm talking to this person, I want to make eye contact. I don't want to be distracted by my never ending to do list or all of those kinds of things. Right, because this is what it's about, you know.

Speaker 1:

I know like there's several books and things that make reference to you know, when you're on your deathbed, you don't spend a lot of time being like oh man, I just wish I would have worked more and like, took more time away from my family and myself, I just really wish I would. No, you don't say stuff like that. What you start to do and I used to work in hospice is you start to say, man, I really wish I would have been able to have more time with my family and my friends, or I really wish I would have taken those minutes to connect with nature. I really wish I would have taken in the beauty that was around me. I really just want to be present with someone near me right now. Those are the things that matter, those memories that get created with your family, your friends, your community. That's so important and those are the things that you are so grateful for, not just now, but at the end of your life as well.

Speaker 1:

On this planet, and as we know, once we cross over, we can still communicate and connect, but it is different. Right, I know I sound like a broken record, but I wanted to talk about like a few more signs I've been getting and things as my awareness. It feels like it just gets more and more fine-tuned every day, and I get all of these little messages from Spirit and from my community. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of you that have reached out and been like hey, you're doing the right thing. Hey, keep going. Hey, we're supporting you. That's important, that's so important, and y'all have no idea how helpful that is to know that I have people rooting for me too. That's amazing day.

Speaker 1:

Um I you know, I still have moments where I start to freak out for a minute and I'm like, oh my gosh, oh my gosh. Like, is this okay? Is this okay? Like you know, I don't have like a designated like every Friday I'm going to get this much money that can go towards my bills, right, that's. That's not how it works when you're an entrepreneur. You just don't. Well, I'm hoping someday I get to that point where I know that, always, know the amount of money that's coming in or whatever, but and start to get caught up in like the 3d part of the world and I'm just like wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, it's okay, it's okay. And I'm like trying to get myself to snap out of it. Right, it's like a broken record. We humans are really kind of a pain in the butt sometimes.

Speaker 1:

Anyway, so I am having this moment, right, which is not the first time, probably not the last and I walk outside to my backyard and a cardinal, just like darts across right in front of me and I'm like, wow, okay, thank you, spirit. A few minutes later, I'm standing there, I look up and there is two hawks flying all over my backyard, which is something they've been bringing to me a lot lately. Okay, really, spirit, which is something they've been bringing to me a lot lately, which, okay, really, spirit, you guys. I'm literally standing out here and there is a cardinal now right in front of me, just flying from the tree over to the rocks, to another tree. Oh gosh, I am so grateful for my spirits, wow, okay. So the hawks like um, they're everywhere. I don't know what's going on with that.

Speaker 1:

The last three days, like everywhere, I see I took my daughter to the dentist the other day and, um, we're starting to pull in the dentist parking lot and here's this hawk, just like flying around in circles above the uh dentist office and I was like, ooh, is there like something wrong? Like what's going on? So we pull in, we park and we start to get out of the car and here comes the hawk and it's like all over top of our car and I'm like, uh, like to the point, it got so far down. It looked like it was about to fly into my car and I was like, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, what is going on? And, um, and I just talked to somebody yesterday and she was like, are you serious? I've been seeing them a lot lately too and she said that she had looked it up and it was like something about uh, tune in like pay attention, um messages coming, I want to say, or something along those lines.

Speaker 1:

So, naturally, I'm seeing Hawks right. Oh my gosh, you guys, this Cardinal is just like perched, probably like eight feet in front of me right now. You know, it's different now. It's so different, like I'm just, I have this inner peace. I just inner peace. I just I'm so grateful, I'm so grateful. This is real life, I'm so grateful, like, I'm just so grateful.

Speaker 1:

So I wanted to talk a little bit about something spirit's been bringing in, about doing this specific coaching, uh, and I don't know what it looks like totally yet, which is, which is kind of how spirit works. They're, they're interesting, they're always like okay, we're going to give you a little bit right now, and then we're gonna give you a minute, and then we're going to give you a little bit more, and then we'll do just a little bit more, one step at a time, right, and and then you'll take that step and then, after you get started on that step, then we'll give you the other one. And that's taking some adjusting Because you know that would happen in the past, but it was kind of here and there because I was so busy with my day job, right. So now I'm like okay, guys like my, you know, virgo mind works like we have to be able to. Like we have to be able to. You know, I have a plan and I'm so laughing as I say that out loud Because, all right, we're all here for different plans, so to speak, and different missions. We're not always like running the show. Just a heads up, in case you didn't know, because I I started to get in my head about things like yeah, I am, I've decided I'm going to do this and then I'm going to do this and and then I'll do that.

Speaker 1:

You know, in spirits like, oh, okay, that that's really cool. So, hey, we need you to go ahead and do step three first. And I'm like what? So they rearrange things from time to time oftentimes. But there is much more of an ease that is coming to me and I'm sure my spirit team is very thankful for that because I am not constantly arguing now. No, I do still argue, but I'm much more finding myself kind of allowing myself to be guided. Okay, spirit just dropped in there, like so you're surrendering, and I guess that is what's happening, and I thought I already did that. But there's a little more to it, and I think that's kind of an ongoing process. I think, you know, our life is a journey, right, and but I kind of think surrendering is a journey too. I think there's definitely some people that are able to fully surrender, like right away, boom, fully surrender.

Speaker 1:

I happen to be more of a resistant, reluctant, trying desperately to hold on to some sense of control individual, I'm guessing, to hold on to some sense of control individual, I'm guessing. And yeah, so it's tricky, but I am being led to teach other people how to do this now and I am so freaking excited about that because, gosh, I just want to remind all of you and I do try to do that with every episode and I try to do that with every interaction I have and obviously, in every session that I do but we are so freaking supported, like straight up, like I don't even know how to convey it anymore, and I feel like I want to get a million foghorns and microphones and like stand on the top of every mountain and to be able to reach every single human in the entire world and shake them somehow with the vibration coming from my voice, like hey, for real, like no joke, not talking junk. You, you are so supported, you're so supported, oh my goodness, so supported. You're so supported, oh my goodness, so supported. So, speaking of being supported, I want to kind of guide you a little bit on how to increase your awareness of just how supported you are. So we're going to talk a little bit about signs. So I guess I kind of did already with the Cardinal and the Hawks and that kind of thing, but I want you to kind of budget a little bit of time, okay. So maybe 10 minutes, set like an alarm on your phone or something, 10 minutes every Monday, wednesday and Friday, right, say, 10 minutes at 9 am or whatever time works for you, but do it for 10 minutes, okay, and go outside, wherever you are, go outside, okay. And I want you just to really tap into your senses, right, so you go outside.

Speaker 1:

First, I want you to look around. If you have trouble with your vision or anything like that, I want you to start with feeling around, maybe kind of, you know, feeling into the ground that you're on or if there's a tree nearby, or that kind of thing. If you're looking, I want you to look at what's in front of me, so whether it's a car in front of you or a child's toy sitting outside or anything like that. I want you to really zoom into that. So let's say it's a tree, okay, and I want you to look at that tree. I want you, okay, I want you to take note.

Speaker 1:

What color is the tree? Okay. How big is the tree? What color are the leaves of the tree? What color are the leaves of the tree? What's the shape of the tree? What's the shape of the leaves? Do you think this tree has been here for a long time? Do you think it is a baby tree? That kind of thing. Look what's on the ground around it. Is there grass on the ground or is there rock? If you're feeling, does it feel soft? If it's grass, does it feel cold, is it wet? Does it feel hot? That kind of thing. The rocks do they feel hard? Are they smooth on some surfaces? Okay, so you're really tuning into your surroundings.

Speaker 1:

Then I want you to pause and you can stare at the item in front of you, or close your eyes, for that matter. Sometimes that's a little bit easier whenever you're first starting this, so you can really zone into each sense. So if you're just starting, I would say close your eyes and listen. What do you hear? Do you hear cars honking? Do you hear cars running? Do you hear birds chirping? Do you hear dogs barking? Do you hear cats purring? Do you hear what do you hear? And try to hear like four sounds at least to start with. So let's say you heard the cars honking, okay, there's one. Let's say you heard dogs barking, that's another. Say you heard someone mowing their grass, that's another. What could another one be that you hear? Say you hear kids laughing or talking over here, people talking, or something like that. So we've kind of done the seeing, the feeling, the hearing. You could do taste, but I probably wouldn't just go put my mouth on things outside.

Speaker 1:

You can do smell, though that is definitely one you want to tune into. So does it smell like, you know, morning fresh air? Does it smell like fresh cut grass? Does it smell like honeysuckle? Or is somebody barbecuing or something? Do you you smell food? Are you near a bakery? Do you smell pie? Oh my gosh, by the way, that sounds really good right now. Anyway, do you smell? What do you smell? Try to identify at least two smells, right. So we've done the look, listen, feel, taste, smell. The look, listen, feel, taste, smell and then, after you've done that, pause for a minute. I would do three really slow breaths. Hold your hand on your heart, eyes closed, breathe into them.

Speaker 1:

What does your body feel like in this moment? Does it feel calm? Does it feel anxious? Does it feel irritated? Does it feel painful? Does your back hurt? Does your arm hurt? Does your leg hurt? Just take note of anything that you feel in your body hurt. Does your arm hurt? Does your leg hurt? Just take note of anything that you feel in your body. And then, after you do that, take note of how is your body feeling in this specific environment that you're in at that moment. So like, for instance, like me in the park oh my gosh, my body feels great. It feels like a warm embrace, it feels like a calming presence.

Speaker 1:

But if you're smack dab in the middle of a hustling and bustling city street, that may not be everything you're feeling. So just take a moment to do that and this stuff starts to happen really fast. So I know I can almost hear some people like I only have 10 minutes, like you want me to do all this and you can start with just doing a couple of the things to start with, if you want. But so after you do that, you're feeling into your body and then you're taking note of okay, my body feels this way in this environment, okay, okay, not to give it a good or bad feeling, but just to take note of how you're feeling, right, and then you can ask a question, or you can ask for a sign.

Speaker 1:

Like, let's say, you wanted to ask for a sign. So let's say, grandma, I really want to hear from you, I miss you so much. I just want a sign from you. Will you please show me a, a bluefish? Will you please show me a bluefish? And now, when you ask for these signs, you need to be open to how you can get them. So again, this goes back to we're not always running the show right, so we may have in our mind a bluefish that is on a picture that is just absolutely beautiful and that's how we're thinking it's going to show up, or something like that. We need to be open to receive it in any way that they can send it to us. So and I would ask as soon as possible, like now would be great if you could bring that sign now, because again, the sense of time over.

Speaker 1:

There is so much different, but what could happen is it could be two days later you go out to eat with a friend. You guys are sitting there, and the waitress comes up and she's got something in her hand and she's like hey, is this? You guys, somebody dropped this. And she opens her hand and there's a blue fish in her hand, like this little blue fish toy. Okay, there was your sign. Do not dismiss it because it was not on a picture. The way that you you pictured no pun intended it to be your grandma facilitated this blue fish being shown to you and hold your hands on your heart and picture her and tell her thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Speaker 1:

So much of this type of thing is belief. We have to learn to trust ourselves. We have to learn to trust our intuition. We have to learn to do everything we can to stay in gratitude. We have to learn to say thank you anytime we see a sign, anytime. Another way this could come into play is somebody could be asking for that blue fish, right? So let's say, two to three days have went by and you know, let's make somebody up. Susie, okay, susie's starting to get frustrated because she's like oh my gosh, grandma, I asked you for this, like you know. And then we get ego involved and we're like do you even really care about me? Are you ever going to reach out to me? You know, we get all this mind chatter going on right?

Speaker 1:

Say, susie comes in for a session with me. We're in the session, we're going through the chakras and different things, and I keep getting in my head this picture of a blue fish and I'm like what the heck? Why do they keep showing me a blue? This is another reason spirits reminding me right now of not to argue with them, of to just say it, just say it. Worst case scenario, it doesn't resonate with somebody. Okay, well, how did that make anything bad? It didn't. I hear you spirit, thank you, okay.

Speaker 1:

So let's say I keep seeing this blue fish, right, and I'm like okay, susie, I'm sorry, but like this blue fish just will not get out of my awareness right now, like it just keeps being shown to me over and over and over. And Susie's like, are you serious? I've been asking my grandma to show me a blue fish, to which I often reply in my head like, oh my gosh, if I wouldn't have said this, if I would not have trusted, if I would have just kept arguing that there's no way a blue fish means anything to anybody, because I know best, or something like that missed this opportunity to let Susie feel amazing and feel loved by her grandma, do you understand? So when we get these signs, that's why it's so important to share them. It's so important to share them and you don't have to bombard people with things. That's not. Some people are very adamant, like you know. You can't just give messages to people.

Speaker 1:

Sometimes, if something is very persistent to me, say, I'm out somewhere and I'm getting a message or something, like somebody standing next to me in the line at Walmart and it's a super long line or something. So we've been there for like 20 minutes, I don't know, and I just keep, uh, I don't know, seeing a picture of like a red notebook and an ink pen and a red notebook and an ink pen and she needs to write in the red notebook with the ink pen and she needs to write in, and I'm like trying to figure out like what. But they keep directing me to this person that's standing in front of me and and like there's this sense of like, hey, just tell her not to give up, like to try it again, to try it again. And you're like, what the what? So what I may do? This is somebody I don't know or anything. I may say this is somebody I don't know or anything. I may say, hey, hi, my name is so-and-so.

Speaker 1:

Sometimes I get spirit messages and don't get me wrong, this is not always an easy thing to say. It's getting easier now because I've really worked hard at letting go my fear of what other people think or say or anything like that, and know that what can come through is so much more powerful than someone else's angst or disappointment, right, so much more powerful. So, anyway, I may say, hey, I'm, you know, I communicate with spirit. I do Reiki, healing energy, and sometimes I get messages from past loved ones. Would it be okay if I gave you a message that's coming from spirit? If they say no, okay, they say no and spirit knows that. So you did your part and that's okay.

Speaker 1:

But if they say yes and let's say I say you know, I know it sounds odd, but I just keep being shown this red notebook and an ink pen and Spears, just like just don't give up, just don't give up. And let's say, this lady is like, oh my gosh, like I was literally just thinking I was going to throw my notebook away, which is red, because I've tried three times to write this book that I really want to write and I I just can't do it. I'm not having any luck and blah, blah, blah, and I thought maybe I just am not meant to do it. I so needed to hear that. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Speaker 1:

The other thing that might happen is they might be like oh, that's great, yeah, don't have. Okay. Now, what that often means is they haven't been presented with that situation just yet. You picked it up and you've planted a seed with them. So what could happen is, three weeks later, they could be let's say, it does have something to do with a book and say they're talking to a publisher or something, and they're like hey, we just got these notebooks in, you can start writing in this book. And they hand her a red notebook and an ink pen and she's like oh, that lady wasn't crazy, right? So?

Speaker 1:

So something Spirit has continued to tell me is you are not responsible for what they do with the information or what they don't do. You're not responsible for whether they believe you or they don't believe you. Your responsibility lies in continuing to send love and light to yourself and those around you, connect with spirit, show your gratitude and when you're presented with a message where you feel it's very persistent to maybe hey, is it okay if I give you a message or if you're setting office hours for that stuff where you don't, which you can do with spirit too, you can say, okay, spirit in earthly times and my time zone, I am going to be open to communicating with you nine to five, like Monday through Friday or something. You're welcome to do that. And then what that could look like as you're out to lunch with some girlfriends or whatever and something comes in during that time and they don't really impress messages in the evening or weekends. I always add the caveat of unless it's an emergency, please reach out.

Speaker 1:

Like I don't know what, a hundred years ago or something, when I had that dream about my grandma's brakes going out in her car and she was like and I told her hey, listen, I had this dream. It was very vivid. They were very adamant. This is where it's going to happen and you need to really softly, kind of veer over to the right to go into the grass so the car is able to stop and and all of this, you guys and then that happened and she was like, oh my gosh, thank you so much for telling me that, um, because that's what happened. I knew that's what was happening. You told me about it and I knew exactly what to do, so I didn't end up running into somebody else or something else, right? Hopefully I'm making some sense there.

Speaker 1:

But the biggest thing is, you know the signs and how we start to connect more with them is staying in a place of gratitude. Really, really, really take in a couple minutes to talk to yourself, to talk to spirit about what you're grateful for. That does something to your heart chakra and allows that communication to work so much better. And it takes repeated efforts of doing these things right. So it's not just like one time you do it and then, oh, you can do whatever you want, connect with spirit, get any message you want for the rest of your life, like all you had to do was try to connect one time. No, it doesn't work like that. You try to do this as much as you can and you kind of start to build it up and then it's like a riding the bike thing, you never end up like losing it. Every single person in this world has the ability to connect to spirit. You have the ability to communicate with past loved ones. You have the ability to communicate with angels. It's just a fine tuning process and a process that takes practice right, and the more you do it, the more fine-tuned it gets.

Speaker 1:

The more you feel into things that are in alignment and things that aren't, the more you open yourself to signs and there are signs everywhere. Right, you may be not asking for a sign specifically, right, and let's say, like there's been a couple things on your mind that you're really troubled with and you're like, you know, I just I don't know like I should do this or I should do that, or da, da, da. And and let's say, you know, you're, you kind of feel like you're getting a nudge to towards one direction. You're, you're kind of you know it feels like I need to, uh, go more towards this town to move to, or something. Say, you're looking at two different places to move, two different States, let's just go States. And you're like well, I like this one because of this. Well, I like this one because of this. Well, I don't like this one for this. I just don't know.

Speaker 1:

And you've got this stuff going in your head and you haven't really like reached out to spirit, like saying, hey, I need your help with this. Will you please help me? Which reminder? Try to do that in everything, because they're so helpful and, oh my gosh, the guidance is, is so appreciated. But there's so many times I get so much in my head and I'm like, okay, why didn't I ask for spirit help, like five years ago? Anyway, so that's just a reminder for you Call them in for everything, everything. So, anyway, let's say that you haven't called them in, but you're still having this issue and you're trying to go back between these two states.

Speaker 1:

Well, let's say, all of a sudden, you and I'm just using this as an example, so I'm not saying this is what this means or anything like that but let's say you, you find yourself that this is just really bizarre, but there is a squirrel literally everywhere you go. Let's say, like you walk out to walk out the front door and there's a squirrel that's just running back and forth on your porch. Okay, well, that happens one time. But let's say, 20 minutes later you go to the grocery store and you come out of the grocery store and there's a squirrel running back and forth in front of your car and you're like, well, that's kind of weird, that's happened twice, okay. So let's say, then you go home, and then you got to go pick up your kids, right. So you get to the school, you, you get out the car to try to talk to another parent or something, and right in front of you here comes the squirrel out of nowhere and they're just running back and forth in front of you and you're like, okay, that's kind of bizarre, maybe I should take. No, I'm crazy, I'm crazy, right.

Speaker 1:

So then let's say you go home and you got to go pick your kid up from track practice, right, another kid. So you go to track practice to pick your kid up, and they had to do it indoor because it's raining today. And you go, you're walking towards the door of the school and you get about six feet from the door and all of a sudden a squirrel comes out of nowhere and it's running back and forth in front of that door and you're like, okay, really. And you look up spiritual message of a squirrel or spiritual energy of squirrel, which now I'm going to have to do once I get off of this recording, because I'm like, oh, I wonder what squirrel energy is.

Speaker 1:

Anyway, and let's say you pull it up and it says you may have been feeling guided to the north or the south, or your spirit team. Sometimes this is a spiritual message leading you more towards the South because it aligns with your morals and values. And you're like what? And let's say, just to make it simple, it was like Texas or Maine. And you're like, oh, okay, and you can take it a step further and place your hand on your heart, your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your abdomen, and you can just kind of breathe into it three times and say, okay, I feel like this message is telling me which, obviously it is because it said the south and you had this squirrel come out like 950 times. But for people like me that just still can't get it. You know, I take my deep breaths three times slowly and I ask her. I say, hey, I'm feeling like this is leading me towards the South. Do you feel like this is right? And and you feel a strong sensation of your body Like, yes, yes, that's right, that's right. And you're like, oh, my gosh, thank God, I really kind of wanted to go that way anyway, or something like that.

Speaker 1:

So pay attention to your surroundings. Your spirit team is forever rooting for you. They're forever supporting you and they're forever trying to give you signs. And signs are everywhere, everywhere, and especially the ones that duplicate themselves. Now I take like the 15 times a show in me. It would have taken me it may have taken me till, like the next day, the squirrel coming four more times in the past because apparently I'm very thick headed, but I'm getting better at that. So now I feel like I'm at a spot where I would have got it, maybe after the third time, but I would have got it right Now. I say that. But if I'm in flow, like if I've been meditating, if I'm teaching a class, if I've been doing a session, like boom, I immediately respond to all of my signs, synchronicities, my guidance, like everything, everything. But it gets hard sometimes when we have to function in this 3D world, you know, because our heads are busy with life and stuff like that, so it's okay. So, anyway. So if you can give yourself 10 minutes, like three times a week, to just start tuning in to your awareness of what's around you, I think things will start to help and you'll start to notice that you're tuning more in to everything and then, once you get past that, maybe tuning into being present.

Okay, I'm in this situation. I'm in the bank. The bank is. The teller is standing in front of me. The bank is. The teller is standing in front of me. My feet are the more we are apt to pick up the signs that Spirit's giving us.

Speaker 1:

So I never want you to think that they're just, oh, they're just not giving me any messages. They just give other people messages. No, that's not true. We just may not be in the place where we are open to receive them first of all, and we may not be in the place where we are aware of our surroundings. We may be in robot mode, which is so easy to do in this 3D world.
