Originally channeled just for my personal use, Spirit had bigger plans. When I reluctantly played it for my Reiki students, their response was immediate and profound. They insisted this meditation needed to reach more people—and here we are.
"You Are Ready" guides you through grounding into Mother Earth, calling back your scattered energy, and connecting with your entire spiritual support team. Speaker 2:So I am here with a little bonus episode I'm kind of excited about. So, when I was planning to do my Reiki class and I was all over the place, you know, making sure I had everything lined out and all these kinds of things, and you know I had the moments that I talk about, with everything, really, you know, starting to get in your head too much and you know, trying to return to my heart and having a minute of doing all of the 3d stuff right, like all of the human stuff we have to do on a daily basis and which sometimes I feel like feels like a gnat, to be honest. But anyway, while I was doing that, so I asked Spirit if they could help me. You know, maybe you know walk me through a meditation or something that I could do on a daily basis to kind of help me get my crap together for lack of better words, my get back in my heart and to return my focus and my reminder that I'm fully supported. You know, especially when I'm in alignment, I was able to channel this amazing meditation and so I'm writing it down on, like I feel, like eight different pieces of paper, which is kind of weird.
Speaker 2:I don't know why I didn't just do it on one but anyway. And so then I got it all like lined out back together and spirit's like, okay, well, I want you to record that now so you can, you don't have to like use part of your brain, your thinking, thinking process, when you, you know, are trying to do it. So I want you to record it so you can listen to it and just have, you know, some meditative music playing in the background. So I'm like, okay, well, that's kind of a good idea. That way I can just press play every day and just kind of get back into my heart and remember why I'm here and all of that. Right, so I do all of that and and I'm like, thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm just in a huge state of gratitude and for spirit guiding me through this and being able to give me something to use. Well then, they're like, okay, and we're going to have you play it first thing the morning, the second morning of your Reiki class, right, so that would be Sunday. And I'm like, wait, whoa, you mean like when the people are there. And they're like, yeah, that's what we mean. And I'm like, no, no, no, I created this, you know. So I can you know, maintain focus or I channeled it. I should say I did not create it. Maintain focus or I channeled it. I should say I did not create it. I asked for help and they showed up. Is what happened? And they're like but well, no, we really want you to do it, we please just just play it, it's okay. And I'm like, oh my gosh, okay, okay. And I'm like, oh my gosh, okay, okay.
Speaker 2:Again, trying to jump directly back into my head, right and spirit's like it's okay, please give yourself grace for the moments that you do that, because it's really just your comfort space, right. When we get so used to thinking or feeling a certain way, whether it's a good or bad way, our body, you know, and our mind just kind of like knee, jerks back into that place. So often we have to put a lot of effort into staying out of that place. I feel like so anyway, I followed through, I had my class right way, I followed through, I had my class right and um, and you know this is I'm recording this now and trying to get it out, because I I feel like it needs to get out pretty soon. So some of the other other episodes have been previously recorded and this is kind of um a recap.
Speaker 2:After my Reiki class, which was freaking, amazing, oh my gosh, mind blowing I am. I am so grateful I had the most amazing students, I had the greatest time. There was so much healing and releasing and okay. Anyway, I'm getting off on a tangent. The point is, uh, I did play it that second day and I could feel it touched them too, and I was.
Speaker 2:I was trying to like integrate that and I'm like, okay, well, I mean, like, isn't that normal? You know, just seem like, if you feel like something helps you, typically you want to share it, you know, and because it could potentially help other people, right, and but I think there was still this little piece of me that felt really vulnerable about it and thought, yeah, but like, this is like I really came to spirit in this surrendering way to try to do this, and again they reminded me yep, and those are the moments that we need, those are the moments that are able to connect, those are the moments that people are able to feel. Then my students were like you know, you should record this on the podcast and I'm like, what the heck Like? And I'm, you know, arguing with spirit in my head, of course, because that's what I do anyway, and I'm like spirit. Do you? Do you hear what they're saying? Like, oh my gosh, like originally I thought it was just for for me to record because I needed to get my butt in alignment. You know, every time I'd try to jump out and and then, and then I played it for them, like you said. But now they're saying, like the podcast, well, that could be a lot of people that ends up, you know, hearing this and a lot of people that end up feeling my surrendering and my vulnerability and, like my, asking for help and anyway. So again, they very patiently waited and they're like, okay, okay, talk it out, get it out of your system. And then they brought me right to my heart, and they brought me to my heart in the way that they showed me man, why are they always made me cry? They showed me the hearts of other people that it could truly help them, right, okay? So I'm going to stop rambling. The point of this is is that this is my um meditation that I channeled, and this is. I'm going to go ahead and release this in hopes that this also helps you along your path.
Speaker 2:It is what I call a morning meditation and I named it. You are ready, so I really hope that you enjoy it. Please make sure, before you listen to it, go ahead and pause this if you need to, but make sure you're not driving, of course. Make sure you are not in charge of anybody for the next eight minutes, because it's about eight minutes long. Make sure that you know you're not like chewing food, running a marathon, anything like that. Like really try to find a quiet place that you can be uninterrupted. Speaker 1:I appreciate you and I hope you enjoy this Good morning. Begin by settling in Close your eyes, inhale deeply, exhale slowly Again, inhale through the nose and exhale out of the mouth. Let yourself arrive into this sacred space. Let your breath be the bridge between your body and your soul. With each breath, imagine your energy is rooting deep into the earth. See golden cords extending from the base of your spine and loving layers of Mother Earth. Feel her steady heartbeat beneath you. Allow yourself to feel her steady heartbeat beneath you. She's anchoring you. She's holding you. She's loving you. She's anchoring you. She's holding you. She's loving you. You are safe. You are supported. You are not alone. Now gently call back your energy from anywhere it may have scattered, from old stories, from worries, from pressures or doubts. See your energy returning to you like golden threads weaving back into your heart. Simply breathe in deeply through your nose and feel and embrace your full self returning.
Speaker 1:Embrace your full self returning. Breathe out and release all that is not yours to carry. Allow it to return to where it came from. Place your right hand on your heart and, if it feels right, place the other on your womb or your sacral space. This is your center of your creation. Whether you have a womb or not, currently, this is still your sacral space. It is a sacred space of creation. Repeat this after me, either out loud or in your mind.
Speaker 1:I remember why I am here. I am here to serve with love, to be a vessel of light and healing, to help others awaken, as I continue to awaken too. I am the bridge between spirit and earth. It is safe for me to shine. It is safe for me to shine. It is safe for me to be seen. It is safe for me to be seen. It is safe for me to be fully me. It is safe for me to be fully me. And one more time, take a deep breath into your nose and a long exhale. It is safe for me to be fully me. Feel these words, embrace them, let them wrap around your body like a super soft, white and golden, sparkly colored blanket.
Speaker 1:Now invite your guides, your entire spirit team, your angels, your ancestors, your higher self, anyone in the spirit realm who is here to walk this mission with you. Walk this mission with you. Feel them standing behind you. There's so many. The lines of them go back and back. They're placing their hands on your shoulders and the further back they're holding their hands, directing their beautiful, healing, loving, uplifting energy to you. They are all leaning forward to your ear and whispering you are ready, you are ready. You are ready. We walk with you. You are not alone.
Speaker 1:Take another deep breath in and as you exhale this time, imagine your entire body, inside and out and all around you, filling with that golden, white, sparkly, shimmering light, from above your soul star chakra, all the way down to your toes, on the back of you, the front of you, the left side of you, the right. You, my dear one, are glowing right now with divine alignment. You are ready To move through the rest of your day With confidence, clarity and compassion. Gently smile, smile to yourself. Allow your heart to feel this smile. Place your hand back on your heart to feel this smile. Place your hand back on your heart and say thank you, thank you, thank you, I am ready. I am ready. I am ready, let's begin. I am ready.
